Project "Luck"
Collaborating on large projects with renowned real estate firms always brings us immense satisfaction. Such was the case this time as well – we are proud to present the project at Subbelrather Strasse 486 in Cologne, realized in cooperation with WvM Immobilien.
Nestled in the very heart of Ehrenfeld, a popular, charming, and vibrant district of Cologne, this project will symbolize a focus on residents’ needs, providing accommodation to 149 families. Constructed with a blend of sustainable materials and high-quality finishes, each apartment is designed to offer a unique living experience; every unit comes with its own balcony, loggia, or rooftop terrace. “Lück” pays homage to 1920s architecture with its façade details and rounded balconies, blending tradition with modernity.
Our favorite projects are those where we are granted artistic freedom in shaping the visualization’s atmosphere. This includes the freedom to choose the time of day, season, and even weather conditions. After all, visualizations do not always have to depict buildings in summer, during the middle of the day, and the sky doesn’t always have to be blue, right? We were fortunate to have this flexibility in our collaboration with WvM Immobilien, and we present the results of our work on less conventional visualizations below:
Another notable aspect of the Subbelrather Strasse project is that we had the pleasure of creating a complete project, showcasing a full spectrum: from bird’s-eye view visualizations (in cooperation with our drone operator from Cologne) to visualizations from the perspective of a standing person, down to the smallest scale – the interiors. The interior design and arrangement were developed in our studio. We present the results below.
We hope you enjoy the project – we always encourage our clients to experiment with the climate of perspectives and look forward to more projects of this kind.
